FEES AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
All reservations purchased at Atlanta Airport Parking are fully refundable 24 hours before the start of the reservation. Parking customers can cancel their reservation for any reason before this time and receive a full refund. Twenty-four hours before the beginning of the reservation, for all non-refundable reservations, the total amount of the reservation will be charged to the customer. even if you couldn't use your reservation. That includes no-shows and cancellations past the scheduled appointment. (exceptions could be made for late arrivals if we're notified in time to reschedule and management approves. There are no partial refunds for no-shows of 4 hours or more. The total amount of the reservation will apply to the customer.
TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT - SELF-PARKING RESERVATIONS
Welcome to Atlanta Airport Parking, and thank you for using our service! To use this service, you must agree to the following terms. This Terms of Use Agreement ('Agreement') constitutes the entire and only Agreement between Atlanta Airport Parking ("AAP") and the user ("you") and supersedes all other agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings concerning this service or the contents of this site. You acknowledge and agree that all terms in this Agreement apply to you, including your use as a user, parking provider, and parking customer. Atlanta Airport Parking may change this Agreement at any time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement is on our Atlanta Airport Parking website. You should review this Agreement before using the Atlanta Airport Parking service. Atlanta Airport Parking is not an affiliate with the Airport. Atlanta Airport Parking is a privately owned and operated company managed by Atlas Parking Management.
I. Description of Services. Atlanta Airport Parking provides a site and app whereby people looking for Airport parking can reserve parking at our locations. This site and the app also provide a method for offering rideshare shuttle service. All persons using the Atlanta Airport Parking Services acknowledge and accept all responsibility and risk for using this site and app. You acknowledge and agree:
a. Atlanta Airport Parking does not accept any responsibility, nor are we responsible for any damage to personal belongings or intellectual property left in the car. These include tapes, records, discs, or similar audio-visual or data electronic devices, any speed measuring equipment within the vehicle, or any other accessories. You are responsible for removing personal belongings from the car before and after each parking service arranged through AAP. Additional insurance terms, limitations, and exclusions apply to any personal auto insurance policy.
Atlanta Airport Parking isn't responsible for flat tires, windshield cracks, or any damage caused by parking or storing vehicles. We're also not responsible for damages not caused by Atlanta Airport Parking.
b. Any repairs covered by Atlanta Airport Parking and authorized by you will be done at Atlanta Airport Parking's repair facility of choice, at Atlanta Airport Parking's sole discretion. Atlanta Airport Parking will not provide additional compensation outside of the explicit repair of your vehicle.
Repairs are done within 30 days of Atlanta Airport Parking's acceptance of liability. If you require transportation while Atlanta Airport Parking is repairing your car, Atlanta Airport Parking will respond to all customer claims regarding its liability within 72 hours. The maximum payment will be $1,000 per incident. The stipend expires within 24 hours of being notified that you can pick up your vehicle from Atlanta Airport Parking's repair facility.
You are responsible for all costs associated with normal wear and tear on your vehicle (including, but not limited to, interior or mechanical wear and tear and cleaning).
c. Atlanta Airport Parking does not own or operate any auto care service or facility or is affiliated, contracted, or partnered with the Airport.
d. Atlanta Airport Parking reserves the right to store your vehicle overnight at our location(s).
e. Atlanta Airport Parking reserves the right to boot your vehicle if you have an unpaid balance. (Customers must complete all invoices before your return).
f. Atlanta Airport Parking does not promise or assure the availability of any parking selection in any selected parking option.
g. Please supply Atlanta Airport Parking with an active cell phone number so we can always reach you while you use our services.
h. Any Customer who cancels their reservation with us (24 hours) or longer before the booked parking period will receive a full refund. customers canceling a booking within 24 hours of the commencement of the reserved parking period (including customers who do not arrive at the parking facility) shall be liable to pay the full parking fee agreed upon for the whole of the booked parking period (any reduction of the agreed parking fee will be at the company's sole discretion.) Customers may incur a late fee for situations outside the company's control.
i. Notification of Flight Changes: You must give us sufficient notification of all changes in your flight. Everyone must notify us upon landing. Once you pick up your luggage, tell us again to let us know you are ready to be picked up once you get on the Skytrain or if you need to be picked up at the terminal to minimize delays. (If a shuttle is provided)
j. Attendants aren't allowed to help with disabled passengers or park vehicles modified for disabled customers For liability reasons.
k. Coupons and Discount codes - Customers must use coupons or discount codes according to the terms of use of the discount. Any fraudulent use of coupons and discount codes will cancel any discounts and charge regular service prices to violators. All customers who violate the use of any coupons and discount codes will have to pay the total amount owed before receiving their vehicle. AAP may terminate or suspend access or use of the service. Criminal charges may apply if the customer is a repeat offender or has an extreme amount owed for violating this policy.
II. Copyright. The content, organization, graphics, design, and other matters related to the Atlanta Airport Parking service or the Atlanta Airport Parking website are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights. You must have the prior written consent of Atlanta Airport Parking before copying, redistributing, using, or publishing any such matters.
II. Service marks. 'Atlanta Airport Parking' and 'Atlanta-airportparking.com' are registered service marks or trademarks. They cannot use them without the prior written consent of Atlanta Airport Parking. The Atlanta Airport Parking name and logo are also the exclusive property of Atlanta Airport Parking. They cannot use them without prior written consent. Other product and company names mentioned on the Atlanta Airport Parking website and app may be trademarks of their respective owners. Atlanta Airport Parking does not endorse any products with links on the Atlanta Airport Parking site.
III. Restrictions on use. Your license for access and use of the Atlanta Airport Parking service and Atlanta Airport Parking website and any information, materials, or documents (collectively defined as 'Content and Materials') therein are subject to the following restrictions and prohibitions on use: You may not (a) republish, display, distribute, transmit, sell, rent, lease, loan or otherwise make available in any form or by any means all or any portion of the Site or any Content and Materials retrieved from there; (b) use the site or any materials obtained from the site to develop or as a component of, any information, storage and retrieval system, database, information base, or similar resource (in any media now existing or hereafter developed), that is for commercial distribution of any kind, including through sale, license, lease, rental, subscription, or any other commercial distribution mechanism.
IV. User contract. The following document lists individuals' and groups' responsibilities to conduct transactions using the Atlanta Airport Parking service. For this document, 'the parking customer' shall refer to any individual or organization that willfully uses the Atlanta Airport Parking service.
Responsibilities of the parking provider:
1. The parking provider agrees to make parking available on the dates and times indicated by the website or app. The parking provider attests that it has the legal right to make the parking spot available.
2. The parking provider agrees to park in the listed space option or notify the parking customer of other available parking options.
3. The parking provider agrees to safely transport the parking customers to and from the Skytrain or the terminal. (If a shuttle is provided)
4. The parking provider will store The parking customers' keys (Valet parking only) in a safe and secure lock box at The parking provider's office.
5. The parking provider will notify the customer of any changes and updates by text, SMS, or phone.
6. The parking provider will carry rideshare insurance to cover shuttle vehicles in transport. (If a shuttle is provided)
Responsibilities of the parking customer:
1. The parking customer agrees to adhere strictly to the parking provider's dates and times. The parking customer will enter and exit the designated parking location(s) within the agreed-upon dates and times with the parking provider.
2. The parking customer acknowledges that failure to enter and exit promptly following the Agreement may cause the parking customer to be liable for extra costs due to delays.
3. The parking customer agrees not to leave keys with the parking provider other than the keys necessary to operate the vehicle (Valet parking only).
4. The parking customer acknowledges inherent risks when owning and parking a motor vehicle, including theft, robbery, vandalism, collision, hit and run, or other acts of God. Atlanta Airport Parking can not be held liable for any damage or loss of value to a motor vehicle before, during, or after an agreement with a parking provider using the Atlanta Airport Parking service.
5. Failure to comply with the terms outlined in this Agreement may result in being liable for ticketing and towing expenses initiated by the parking provider or other legal authority. In addition, the parking customer may be responsible for additional fees and penalties incurred by the parking provider due to noncompliance with the terms of the Agreement.
6. The parking customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with all posted parking signs or other communications near the drop-off and pick-up areas located at the Airport. (If a shuttle is provided)
7. The parking customer acknowledges and agrees that the parking provider may determine additional rules and procedures, including the assignment of parking services and changes to these assignments.
8. The parking customer acknowledges and agrees to pay for any unpaid balances in full before you can retrieve your vehicle. Any outstanding balances will result in a hold on your car until the balance is received. The parking customer gives the parking provider authorization to charge the customer's card on file for any extra storage fees left on the balance.
V. Confidentiality of Information. You acknowledge and agree that Atlanta Airport Parking may use any personal information you provide on the website to ensure a smooth parking experience and safeguard the site. Atlanta Airport Parking will not sell the information you provide on the site. Atlanta Airport Parking does not guarantee or warranty the level of its security measures on this site. Atlanta Airport Parking accepts no responsibility for any actual, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any security breach or technical malfunction.
VI. Reservation of Rights. Atlanta Airport Parking may terminate or suspend any user's access to or use of this site at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Atlanta Airport Parking reserves the right to update or revise the Terms of Use Agreement at any time, at its discretion. You should review the terms of use each time you use it.
VII. Limitations of Liability. Atlanta Airport Parking is not liable for any consequential, exemplary, indirect, punitive, incidental, or special damages, even if informed of the possibility of such damages of money, by any transaction performed or undertaken under or in connection with this Agreement. Atlanta Airport Parking is still in the testing phase. It will not be liable for any damages from the Parking customer's inability to access or contact Atlanta Airport Parking.
VIII. Severability. Any terms may be void by requirements set forth by applicable statutes and regulations. The rules of any Agreement provision will not affect the remaining provisions hereof.
RESERVATION PROCEDURES
Parking reservations are allowed 24 hours a day; times begin earlier or later than 6 AM to 5 PM, and the gate may be closed. Appointments must be cleared by 5 PM on the day before your reservation. Reservations can be made one hour in advance during regular business hours only. (Check the site for availability first for any times less than four hours.)
DEPARTING
Please select the Entry/ Exit date and time to make a reservation. Next, you can choose airport parking options and some extra services. Make an online airport parking reservation. When you arrive at the parking facility, follow the signs to the stop sign. Wait to get checked in. The attendant will confirm your reservation and find you a parking space. If you arrive before 6 AM and need to get your vehicle before hours, call the number on the gate to gain access to the parking lot and follow the instructions. (There is no shuttle provided to or from the airport. You call a rideshare service for airport transportation.
ARRIVING
Once you return, if you need to get your vehicle after hours, call the number on the gate to access the parking lot. The gate may be closed by 5 p.m.
Welcome to our parking service! We're thrilled to have you join us as a long-term / Turo rental car parking customer. Before using our facilities, please read these Terms of Service carefully. By utilizing our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions:
Parking Agreement:
a. Long-term parking customers or Turo hosts agree to provide a safe, designated vehicle parking space.
b. Turo rental car hosts are provided with long-term parking spaces on a monthly basis and for an agreed-upon duration.
c. You understand that we are responsible for managing the parking space, ensuring availability, and adhering to local regulations.
Services Offered:
a. Monthly Parking: Atlanta Airport Parking (AAP) agrees to provide secure and accessible parking spaces for vehicles monthly.
b. Car Wash: Long-term parking customers and Turo hosts may select optional car wash services for their vehicles. Parking customers should pay any additional charges for this service in full before the parking company provides the service.
Atlanta Airport Parking (AAP) does not accept any responsibility for nor are we responsible for any damage to, loss of, or theft of personal belongings or intellectual property left in the car. These include tapes, records, discs, or similar audio-visual or data electronic devices, any speed measuring equipment within the vehicle, or any other accessories. You are responsible for removing personal belongings from the car before each car wash service is provided by (AAP). Additional insurance terms, limitations, and exclusions apply to any personal auto insurance policy.
c. Picture Service: Turo Hosts may select picture-taking services for their vehicles. This service aims to assist Turo hosts in documenting the condition of their cars before and after rentals.
Parking customers should pay any additional charges for this service in full before the parking company provides the service. Picture requests must be made 24 hours before the reservation date and times.
Atlanta Airport Parking (AAP) does not accept any responsibility for, nor are we responsible for, any damage to, loss, or claims against Turo host due to missing photos of damage on rental vehicles. The host must ensure they remove any personal belongings from the car before each picture service is provided by (AAP). Additional insurance terms, limitations, and exclusions apply to any personal auto insurance policy.
We are only responsible for taking Ten (10) photos per reservation. Any additional images will cost extra. The photos will be downloaded via WhatsApp by (AAP) and delivered to the host.
Atlanta Airport Parking (AAP) Responsibilities:
a. Maintain Facility: (AAP) responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the parking facility.
b. Security: (AAP) will take reasonable measures to ensure the Security of parked vehicles, including but not limited to adequate lighting and surveillance where applicable.
c. Communication: (AAP) should maintain open Communication with customers regarding parking availability, service offerings, and changes in terms or conditions.
Customer Responsibilities:
a. Compliance: Customers must adhere to all parking rules and regulations set forth by (AAP) and local authorities.
b. Vehicle Condition: Customers are responsible for the condition of their vehicles upon drop-off and pick-up.
c. Payment: Customers agree to pay any applicable fees promptly and by the agreed-upon terms.
d. Maintain Facility: Parking customers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the parking facility. By not discarding trash or objects in the parking lot.
Fees and Payments:
a. Monthly Parking Fees: (AAP) charges monthly parking fees provided to customers during the reservation process.
b. Additional Services: (AAP) may charge additional fees for car wash and picture services, if applicable. Extra service fees are provided to customers during the reservation process.
Liability:
a. Parking company's Liability: (AAP) is not liable for any damage or loss to vehicles parked on their premises, except in cases of proven negligence.
b. Customer Liability: Customers are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the parking facility or other vehicles due to their negligence.
Termination of Services:
a. (AAP) Discretion: (AAP) reserves the right to terminate parking services for any customer who violates these terms or engages in inappropriate behavior.
b. Refunds: Refunds for prepaid parking fees will be issued to customers at the discretion of (AAP) in cases of termination.
Changes to Terms:
a. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service anytime. (AAP) will notify Hosts and customers. Any changes and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law:
a. The laws of Georgia govern these Terms of Service. (AAP) will resolve any customer disputes arising from or related to these terms, which (AAP) shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation in Georgia.
By using our parking services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
